A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We’ll transfer your site(s) to our leading–edge cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that changing hosting providers can lead to lost information and undesired network downtime. This is why we will perform all that for you at no cost!We’ve got experienced administrators whose principal task is to ensure that your site performs precisely as it did on your previous hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on popular web applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time frame, since there are a lot of variables, including the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our very best to migrate your web site within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not large).

A: We’ll require the login details for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the site’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can start the transfer of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose the exact same info you have given to your previous web hosting provider. We also have an extremely strict Privacy Policy, which describes how delicate information is tackled.

A: Your web site will work just like it did before with your old web hosting provider. Once we are through with the migration, your website will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we will alert you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will need to do is change the NS resource records pertaining to your domain. Your site will be migrated over to us with no downtime.

A: Nope. We’ll never get in touch with your hosting provider about anything at all. They won’t be aware of the web site transfer either.

A: Yes. We support all regular Linux–powered web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven hosting platforms, because we do not offer Windows hosting services ourselves.In addition, we don’t support proprietary website building and administration user interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
